Not everyone wants or needs full service property management. While First in Property Management certainly offers "Full Service Property Management" for those that really need someone to take care of everything, there are quite a few landlords more then willing and able to handle the maintenance on their home.
With this in mind, First in Property Management has created a more cost efficient package that includes the two most important items for many landlords - finding/qualifying a tenant and making sure the rent is paid on time. This way a landlord can eliminate some property management expense by handling their own maintenance without having to advertise the property, screen the tenant, negotiate a lease, chase down late rent or evict a tenant.
