The Benefits of a Featured Listing

Featured Listings have a few significant benefits. The biggest benefit is the amount of page visits on the Featured Apartments page. Website visitors tend to click on the first item that offers information they are looking for starting from the top left of the page. The Featured Apartments link is located on the top left of the apartments page and most visitors that land on the apartments page will first click on that link. A good percentage of visitors will decide to make contact with the first apartment that offers what they are looking for, so being seen first is a REAL ADVANTAGE!

Another benefit is from "top of mind" awareness. Visitors may feel inclined to search for other apartments after looking at the featured rentals. A featured apartment listing will appear in search results and in each of the apartment listing views. This way, tenant prospects will see a featured apartment multiple times while surfing through the site, making the apartment name and photo more committed to memory for the tenant prospect. If a tenant leaves the site without making contact to any of the apartments, their memory will retain the repetitive items more readily then the ones only viewed once.
